Under Free Cycle Sahay Yojana of Gujarat Government, all secondary schools of the state have been covered. Therefore, under Cycle Sahay Yojana 2022, a girl child studying in class 9 in any school in the state of Gujarat will be able to get a bicycle for free. Under the Free Cycle Sahay Yojana, some criteria have been set by the Gujarat government to get a free cycle. Girls who follow the below criteria will be eligible to get free cycle onlyThe benefits of this scheme will be available only to female students.
The student should be studying in 9th standard.
The student should be studying in a secondary school in Gujarat.
The annual income of the parents of the student coming from rural area should not exceed Rs.1,20,000/-
Annual income of parents of students coming from urban areas should not exceed Rs.1,50,000/-
